Our vision turned out to be a change by moving over a newly profound and technological environment who is deaf and silent. Wearing out the pain of their silence and pushing them to be a part of their society by providing them the donated mobile phones. The heading of making them aware of the technology and making them confident enough to endure and compete with the world. Being awarded with the world education summit award 2013 the vision has become clearer.

Special Mention at the MBillionth South Asia Award For Mobile Innovation

A platform that helped sounds of silence a step forwards to its aim was the M billionth award.An award that makes out the innovations in telecom and mobile content.Giving smiles to the children who can never discover the sound of their laugh just by a mobile phone has made SOS an M Billionth Award Holder. It is one of the biggest achievement for SOS.

Social Entrepreneur Award 2015

Founder of Sounds Of Silence Foundation, Mr. Sumit Singh Gandhi was presented with the title of Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 . Sumit’s idea and passion has led SOS to greater heights in such a short span of time.

Recognized by Nasscom and IIM Indore

An atmosphere where students who lack hearing ability gets to express their emotions and their thoughts by just utilizing the mobile phone which even lets them get aware of the updated technology of using 3G, Skype and messaging. SOS is working towards the betterment of the children who never thought had any expression or any thought to express. This initiative of SOS was recognized by Nasscom and IIM Indore.
